1. via a perforation pattern allowing the permit to be punched away from the
carrier sheet and enclosed into a separate licence holder (exactly as a car
licence holder)
2. via a built-in clear self adhesive patch, which allows the permit to be stuck onto
the windscreen. This can be in either a square or rectangular format.
