Other notes
Some hospitals will use a plain A4 sheet, laser print with personalised patient details and then enclose this into an outer envelope. Other hospitals will laser personalise a 1-piece mailer.
These methods are sometimes considered the more sexy option, but they attract much higher costs. With budgets under constant review, it is no surprise that many customers have remained loyal to the fanfold mailer. The most economic optionNo expensive capital investmentJust the cost of a printer ribbon, which will print out thousands and thousands of mailersNo toner charges or high maintenance chargesThe computer printer is reliable and simple to use
