Essentially a strip of adhesive which is attached to a sheet of paper allowing it to be stuck to something (such as a pallet, or the inside of a car windscreen). Jargon is a problem here, as it is also called Steratape (the name of the company who originated the product), tapestrip, finger-lift tape, and double-sided tape.
