Faulty Stock Label

Retailers have millions of items passing through their stores and warehouses every day.
A small percentage of these items will be returned by customers, or by staff, who spot faults with that item.
By attaching a uniquely bar coded tag to the faulty item, the retailer is able to track and trace that item back to the original supplier for a credit. Thus automating the process and saving huge sums of money.

Defective Parts Return Tag
Another application for faulty/returned goods. This multi-part NCR set is attached to all faulty computer equipment (keyboard, monitor, hard drive etc) sent back to the Returns Centre.
The unique bar code, on each part of the set, allows real-time monitoring of the repair.
This means better management information as well as minimising the total costs of the repair process.
