Product Information
l Normally A4 portrait, but can also be supplied fanfolded in a variety of sizes
l Paper from 80-135gsm {normal is 90gsm}
l Consists from anything between 2 sheets and 8 sheets of paper, giving anything                up to a 16-page booklet, depending upon the system used by the hospital
l With built-in pocket, created by two sheets being glued together
l Often with a strip of 1/2” wide tapeseal on the 1st page. This allows a lasered                 sheet, containing patient details, to be stuck to the front of the booklet
